Service Guarantee

All our optimization services include a 14-day warranty:

• If you experience any issues related to our optimization within 14 days, contact us
• We'll schedule a free support session to resolve the problem
• If the issue cannot be resolved, we'll discuss partial or full refund options

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Request the refund within 14 days of your optimization session
• Describe the issue and provide evidence if possible (screenshots, benchmarks)
• Allow us one attempt to fix the issue before requesting a refund
• Not have made significant hardware or software changes since optimization

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services completed successfully with documented improvement
• Custom mod development after delivery of the final product
• Services where issues were caused by user changes after optimization
• Requests made more than 14 days after the service session

2. Describe the issue and provide relevant details
3. Our team will review your case within 24-48 hours
4. If approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
